The aluminium reduction cell and bake oven furnace use general fireclay refractory bricks as lining materials. The bricks were produced by friction press machine and sintered mainly with fine clay and chamotte which should have good thermal shock resistance and better acidic-erosion resistance.
--Application:
vGrade “CM-N-2” used for the lining of pot, just bottom of the side silicon Carbide Nitride bonded blocks, all along the periphery.
vAnd Grade “CM-N-1” used for the lining of Bake oven, just bottom, side wall, end wall of oven.
